At the May 2004 Town Meeting voters adopted a Burglar Alarm By-Law that requires the owner of a dwelling or business located within Plympton to provide the police department with owner contact information and the requirement to identify two (2) additional persons who can respond to the property at the request of the police. Failure to comply can result in a fine of $50 per day of non-compliance.
